Eligible entrants:	Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
How to enter:	The Promotion is only available to the eligible entrants during the Promotional Period. To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: 1) Purchase a Reconn-Deck ute tub system 2) Visit www.rhinorack.com/win-tent and fully complete the requested details (and sign up to the Rhino-Rack mailing list if they are not already signed up), including uploading a receipt of purchase. 3) Entrants must confirm their entry via the email they receive once they have submitted the initial competition form. Entrants must remain signed up to the Rhino-Rack mailing list at the time of the competition prize draw to be eligible to win a prize. 4) You're in the draw! The prizes of the Promotion are further detailed below. Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is the original purchase receipt.
Entries permitted:	Only one (1) entry permitted per person into the Promotion

Winner notification	The winners will be contacted by phone and email within seven (7) days of the corresponding draw. The winners will be published at www.rhinorack.com/win-tent within 30 days of the corresponding draw.

This redemption offer is open to any Australian resident aged 18 and over excluding employees of Rhino-Rack, Rhino-Rack Distributors & immediate relatives of employees of Rhino-Rack.
The Promotion is only available to the eligible entrants during the Promotional Period.

Entrants who purchase a Rhino-Rack Reconn-Deck from an approved retailer during the promotional period
visit www.rhinorack.com/en-au/win-tent and fully complete the requested details (and sign up to the Rhino-Rack mailing list if they are not already signed up).
Entrants must confirm their entry via the email they receive once they have submitted the initial competition form.
Entrants must remain signed up to the Rhino-Rack mailing list at the time of the corresponding monthly prize draw to be eligible to win a prize.

One entry per email address is permitted. Email address must be valid to be entered. Invalid email addresses will not be accepted as a claim. Purchases and claims need to be made between 12:00pm Thursday 1st June 2023 (Australian EDST) and 11:59pm Monday 31st of July 2023 (Australian EDST) to be considered valid.
Approved claimants will be notified via email during the promotional period between 12:00pm Thursday 1st June 2023 (Australian EDST) and 11:59pm Monday 31st of July 2023 (Australian EDST).
Rhino-Rack must receive entries during the Promotional Period. Rhino-Rack accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries. Rhino-Rack is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.
No portion, either part or whole of the prize may be transferable as cash or in any other form unless where explicitly stated and approved by Rhino-Rack.
Rhino-Rack will cover the cost of shipping (via road freight) the prize to the prize winner and will only be liable for delivery to an Australian address. Rhino-Rack makes no guarantees with regards to delivery time frames or stock availability of selected prizes. Any shipping arrangements and associated costs to a location outside of Australia will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Delivery of the gift can take up to four (4) weeks from the date a claim is verified and approved as valid. Delivery will be left in a safe place with no signature required, if no safe place is available Australia Post will leave a card advising that a parcel is at your local Post office for pickup. Items will be available for up to 2 weeks.
Rhino-Rack will not be liable for any costs or labour relating to fitting/installation of the prizes. This must be arranged by the prize winner at their expense.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
The winner may be sent a tent that was used in photography only.
Any personal information obtained from entrants via this redemption offer will only be used by Rhino-Rack and will not be released to any third party. By making your claim you are agreeing to subscribe to Rhino-Rack communications.
Rhino-Rack shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained (including through negligence) in connection with or arising from the promotion or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Rhino-Rack accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
Rhino-Rack reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person’s further participation in this promotion, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the promotion or acts in violation of these conditions of entry, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person. This redemption offer may be withdrawn by Rhino-Rack at any time without any prior notice.
If for any reason this giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Rhino-Rack, Rhino-Rack reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion without prior notice.

Rhino-Rack reserves the right to terminate the giveaway offer if all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Venues, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
This Terms and Conditions document may be amended by Rhino-Rack at any time without any prior notice.
Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
